Online Coaching — Train Anywhere

After you enroll, you'll get access to Misti's coaching platform where your weekly check-in form lives. It takes about 5–10 minutes to complete and covers your workouts, nutrition, energy, sleep, and any questions you have. Misti reviews every submission and responds with feedback within 24 hours.

Your program is fully redesigned every 4 weeks based on your progress and feedback. Within a cycle, Misti may also make smaller adjustments based on your check-ins — adding weight, modifying exercises, or adjusting volume if needed.

You can submit up to 3 exercise videos per week through the coaching app. Misti reviews each video and sends back detailed written (and sometimes video) feedback within 24–48 hours. This is one of the most valuable parts of online coaching — you get real coaching eyes on your form without being in the same room.

Misti provides practical nutrition guidance — not a rigid meal plan. You'll learn how to calculate your calorie and protein targets, build balanced meals, time your nutrition around workouts, and make sustainable food choices that support your goals without feeling deprived.

Most clients notice a difference in how they feel within the first 2 weeks — more energy, better sleep, and improved strength. Visible physical changes typically begin around weeks 4–6 when combined with consistent training and nutrition. Real transformation takes 3+ months of consistent effort, which is why Misti works best with clients who are committed to the process.

Yes. The $150/month rate is available exclusively to the first 10 founding clients. Once those spots are filled, the price will increase to reflect the full value of the service (expected to be $200–$250/month). Founding clients who join at $150 will have that rate locked in for as long as they remain enrolled.
